Happy 3rd Birthday, EASTON!

Today, sweet Easton James, you turned 3. Your birthday is such a bittersweet day for us because you are our baby. You bring such joy, chaos, and love to our family. You are strong-willed, fearless, strong, agile, and most of all full of love. You adore your big brother. You love playing sports, monster trucks, and swords with Clayton. While you do sometimes pick on on your big sister, you are starting to develop a friendship with her. You and Chloe like playing "cats" and doctors and really love sneaking into the pantry, finding food you know Mommy will say no to and hiding under the dining room table. You love to jump off just about everything and climb. Your favorite TV shows are Little Einsteins, Paw Patrol and Star Wars Rebels. Your favorite place is Disneyland. You love driving the Autopia cars there and riding the carousel. Your blankie and paci still bring you much comfort, especially when you are sad or tired. They are really the only "baby" things left and Mommy is savoring them. Your smile is glorious. It is so big and genuine. Your favorite restaurant is "Chik-e-ley" as you like to call it. Your favorite drink is chocolate "nilk," favorite food is muffins, yogurt, meatballs, peanut butter crackers (you only eat the pb side), and rice. You adore Roxi, though, she is old and pretty disabled, which is hard for you to understand. You sleep in a big boy, full bed now. Your room is adorable. It's full of fire trucks, monster trucks and tractors. You are almost on track with your speech. You've worked really hard for the last year and with the exception of some sounds, you are communicating wonderfully. We are so proud of you. You still love My Gym, but struggle to sit still during circle time. You play rough, but only because you are physically capable. Your favorite books are books with real things like sharks, monster trucks and dinosaurs. You ride your Strider bike like a champ and you are a stud swimmer. You say dinner time prayers and bed time prayers now too. Your words are beautiful. You are a healthy boy at 31 pounds and 36 1/2 inches tall. Easton, Mommy and Daddy LOVE you to the moon and back. You are our "Little". You complete our family with such energy and love. Happy Birthday sweet boy!
