Jumpin' June!

June was super busy for us. It was the end of the school year for me, the end of the twins first year of preschool, and Ryan worked a lot of overtime. Each year tends to get a little bit more complicated with the new school-related functions and extra activities the babes do. Clayton had his first official JUSA soccer meeting with his team. He's so excited! Ryan took him to Dick's to get shinguards, a ball, and soccer bag! Chloe had her second recital. We are so very proud of our little ballerina. I'm amazed at how well she did. She knew her dance by memory and even smiled on the stage, which I imagine was super scary. Easton wrapped up My Gym and started swimming lessons. He is not a fan. The boy is fearless and loves the water, but loves his mommy even more. He does better when I "disappear," so behind the gates I go now. E is making tremendous progress with his speech. He surprised us a couple of weeks ago with an unprompted, "Mommy catch." His first two-word sentence on his own! We are so proud of him! We ended the month with a little family vacation to the Marriott Shadow Ridge in Palm Desert. It was a lot of fun. Constant swimming, eating, and sleeping, and a whole lot of relaxing together...just what we needed!
